Dim Sum Making Volunteer Activity

Our school, in collaboration with The Hong Kong Society for the Blind, recently hosted a dim sum making volunteer activity at the Star Chef Management School in Yau Ma Tei. Apart from applying their culinary skills in working with the elderly participants, our students also learned how to assist people in wheelchairs and lead the way for those with visual impairments. The interactions not only enhanced their communication skills but also fostered their care and compassion for the elderly, giving them valuable insights about old people’s needs.
