Dialogue with Women Chief Executives 2023
Arranged by our Career Guidance and Life Planning Section, some of our Form 4 students attended an inspiring event named Dialogue with Women Chief Executives 2023 jointly organized by the CUHK Business School and Women Chief Executives (WCEs) on 18 April 2023.
Our students were amazed and enlightened by these role models who have managed to break the gender stereotypes and climbed to the top of the corporate ladder. One of them shared a story about how she turned failure into success, and adversity into possibility. Besides, students were encouraged that gender bias should not hold them back and there is more than one path to greatness. The occasion not only broadened students’ horizons, but also facilitated their career goal planning. It is hoped that they will make the most of what they have learnt and work toward their dreams.
