The ICH Mobile Exhibition
Intangible cultural heritage (ICH) covers various cultural traditions of our daily life, including oral traditions and expressions, performing arts, social practices, rituals and festive events, knowledge and practices concerning nature and the universe, and traditional craftsmanship.
The ICH Mobile Exhibition, organized by the Intangible Cultural Heritage Office, was held in our school from 25 May to 27 May. With efforts of our Chinese History Department and History Department, our students were arranged to visit the exhibition and enjoy the interactive facilities in the mobile ICH station.
A series of educational ICH activities, such as ‘ICH AR Workshop’, ‘ICH Game Booth’, ‘ICH Mobile Curator’, ‘ICH Big Stage’, and ‘ICH Handicraft Workshop’ were also held at our school alongside the mobile exhibition. Students joined the activities actively and learnt to appreciate and preserve Hong Kong’s intangible cultural heritage.
