Prefect Training Day

The Prefect Training Day was held for our prefects to learn the importance of effective communication, teamwork, adaptability, and leadership under pressure in achieving common goals.

The day began with a challenging team-building activity in which they had to construct the tallest tower using newspaper only, fostering their cooperation and leadership skills. Following this, a keen observational challenge tested their attention to detail and honed their communication skills as they looked for differences in identical setups.

The highlight of the day was a thrilling treasure battle, where they had to scoot to a designated spot to grab the treasures as fast as possible, emphasizing strategic thinking and team spirit.

Overall, the training day not only equipped our prefects with essential skills for their roles but also boosted a sense of unity within the team.
