Exchange Tour to Tokyo, Japan

5D Wong Suen, Suki was chosen as one of the representatives for the Tokyo Exchange Tour organized by Save the Children Hong Kong. Out of 230 applicants from various schools, only 30 were selected for this opportunity.

During the trip, Suki visited the Chinese embassy where the friendly Consul shared some valuable insights. Touring a local university, she made many Japanese friends and immersed herself in the culture. Besides, she also enjoyed learning about evolution, human development and industrial progress at the National Museum.

Above all, Suki engaged in activities focusing on children’s rights. Her group performed a stage play at the local university, addressing the pressure students face in their studies and the importance of mental health. The play aimed at raising public awareness of children’s health.

The tour was eye-opening for Suki and inspired her to contribute more to the world as a global citizen.
