Following their recent examinations, our Form 4 students enjoyed a well-deserved afternoon of fun and relaxation on a lively bowling outing. It was an ideal way for them to refresh themselves and socialize in an engaging and friendly environment.
Students shared lots of laughs and cheered each other on as they played, scoring strikes and having a great time. Full of smiles, they are ready to resume their hard work with good vibes!
Arranged by our BAFS and Economics Departments, our students participated in the 15th “Junior Financial Secretary” project co-organized by the Education Bureau and The Boys’ and Girls’ Clubs Association of Hong Kong.
Apart from learning some essential financial knowledge and good investment attitudes as well as enhancing their sense of public finance in the training programme, they also had a chance to meet the Financial Secretary, Mr. Paul Chan Mo-po, at the Government Secretariat, proposing a host of suggestions on the Budget from the youth’s perspective.
Our students have recently shown exceptional talent and achieved remarkable results in two territory-wide Chinese History competitions. Their accomplishments are a testament to their dedication and passion for Chinese History:

Our students had an opportunity to engage in intellectual exchange with teachers and peers from schools across Hong Kong. Through the process of thesis writing and historical research, they have not only deepened their understanding of our country’s development but also honed their critical thinking skills, which is an undoubtedly rewarding experience. We hope they will all continue to pursue the truth of history with passion and perseverance. Congratulations!
Four of our F.5 BAFS students recently participated in an accounting workshop organized by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).
This workshop provided students with fundamental knowledge and practical skills related to accounting and audit working practices and more. Students were introduced to a wide range of accounting tasks, including auditing, tax preparation, financial planning and consulting.
Besides, it proved to be an exceptional platform for our students to expand their network by interacting with fellow secondary school students sharing the same passion for accounting. It not only broadened their horizons but also fostered their career vision of the profession.
5A Li Yeqin demonstrated outstanding performance in terms of his studies, conduct, extracurricular activities as well as social service. He was thus awarded the “Ng Teng Fong Scholarship” by the Ng Teng Fong Charitable Foundation in recognition of his achievements. Congratulations to Yeqin!

Ocean Park hosted the annual “Christmas SING Concert– Jingle All the Way” featuring carefully planned performances by different local groups. In addition to a choir singing heartwarming Christmas tunes, there were live orchestra performances and prominent dancers also joined, sharing a warm Christmas together.
Our School Choir took part in this event to provide students with an opportunity to perform outside school, broaden their horizons, and enhance their performing skills. We shared two positive songs to bring people hope, love, and care. These songs also encouraged perseverance, reminding us that after every storm, beauty and brighter days await.
Before the end of the year, the Student Union organized a Christmas assembly, featuring dance, singing, and a live band. This event aimed to showcase the various talents of our students in a warm, cosy and relaxing atmosphere.
Students and teachers gathered to enjoy the performances, fostering a sense of unity and togetherness. Each act brought positivity and highlighted the creativity within the school community.
As the occasion concluded, the Student Union expressed their heartfelt wishes for a fruitful year ahead, encouraging everyone to embrace the spirit of the Christmas season of love and peace.
Our 50th Anniversary Open Day cum F.1 Information Day was recently held to provide a platform for our students to present to the public interactive subject showcases of different Key Learning Areas and Sections, bringing joy and an immersive experience for over 2,100 visitors and alumni. Parents and children in the community enjoyed our captivating performances and demonstrations, and engaged with us at our Golden Jubilee Garden, VA Room, PTA booth and various receptions manned by our student helpers.
Our Alumni Basketball Competition, a wholesome and exciting event as one of the day’s highlights, was an opportunity for our alumni and teachers to rekindle their lovely school memories.
Our F.1 Admission Talk kicked off with an introduction to our school’s vision and ethos. Our student leaders and alumni then shared their personal journeys and success stories before the Form 1 Discretionary Places interview process was outlined. The talk concluded with a Q&A session.
Grateful for every learning experience offered to our students, we very much cherish this occasion which has been a resounding success thanks to the dedicated efforts of our student helpers, staff, alumni, and parents, whose teamwork beautifully exhibited our school’s vibrant spirit and togetherness.
Our Form 5 Geography students recently conducted a field study at Shek O to deepen their understanding of Hong Kong’s coastal ecosystems. Known for its diverse geological features, Shek O serves as a perfect outdoor classroom for students to observe coastal landforms firsthand. Beyond admiring the breathtaking scenery, students successfully bridged the gap between theory and practice by identifying and analyzing the various coastal processes they had previously learned in the classroom.
