PTA Snowflake Crisp Making Workshop and Visiting the Elderly

Our PTA’s Snowflake Crisp Making Workshop has been a delightful experience immersed in the art of crafting this traditional treat. Guided by our skilled instructors, participants mixed dough, shaped crisps, and infused them with flavors of Chinese cuisine. Laughter and camaraderie filled the air as they shared tips and stories, transforming the workshop into a celebration of creativity and lasting memories rooted in a shared culinary culture.

Besides, blessing bags with gifts as well as scarves prepared during our PTA’s previous Knitting Class were delivered to the elderly at the Baptist Church Pak Tin Center. The activity fostered a warm atmosphere of joy, compassion and generosity, highlighting the precious values of our Chinese culture.
