A Day of Cross-Cultural Connection: Welcoming Students from Malaysia
Recently, we welcomed 24 students and 3 teachers from Wesley Methodist School Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, for a day of enriching cultural exchange and camaraderie.
Immersing themselves in our school life, the Malaysian students joined our Form 3 and Form 4 classes, experiencing our curriculum and teaching styles firsthand. This provided a unique platform for students to explore different educational approaches and share their perspectives. Connecting with Wong Tai Shan buddies, they forged new friendships and strengthened bonds through shared activities.
The engaging English activities we offered, on the other hand, further fostered cross-cultural understanding and created a fun, interactive environment for language practice. The day culminated in a spirited game of exciting dodgebee, allowing everyone to relax and solidify their newfound companionship.
We look forward to future opportunities for invaluable exchange and collaboration with other schools!
