Thrills, Physics, and Future Engineers: A Day at Ocean Park!
Our F.4 Physics students enjoyed an action-packed day at Hong Kong Ocean Park where science met excitement! While riding the roller coaster, they had fun and explored the real-world physics and engineering behind every loop and drop.
Through hands-on observation, our students marvelled at key concepts like structural design, material science, and safety systems that make these rides both thrilling and safe. Experiencing the forces in motion firsthand brought classroom lessons to life and deepened their appreciation for how physics and engineering shape the world around us.
This exhilarating, cross-disciplinary educational adventure didn’t just teach our students science but also sparked inspiration and their new interest in STEAM as well as a fresh look at future careers in engineering.
