Students from our Community Youth Group visited the Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden and explored sites like their conservation laboratories, Insect House, Butterfly Garden and Parrot Sanctuary. Through this visit, they learned more about biodiversity and cultivated an interest in observing ecology. It also raised their awareness of the importance of nature conservation.
We hosted a variety of festivities on our Chinese Cultural Day to celebrate Lunar New Year.
The papercutting crafts, Spring Festival couplet calligraphy and Spring clean session in the morning fostered our students’ creativity and cultural appreciation. With the lion dance and Chinese diabolo performance as highlight of the day, they were more than mesmerized by these remarkable traditional art forms.
These diverse activities offered a great opportunity for our students to understand and appreciate the breadth and depth of our country’s history, culture and values.
To cultivate positive values of filial piety and benevolence in students, and encourage them to help those in need in society through practical actions, we arranged for our Form 5 students to visit elderly people living alone in Shek Kip Mei. They delivered blessing bags and wished the elderly a happy New Year.
Our PTA 25th Anniversary Parent-child Cultural Tour was successfully held with a huge number of 254 participants.
Visiting Hong Kong International Airport Historical Garden, Ancient Kiln Park, Scenic Hill and Discovery Bay as well as enjoying a buffet lunch, everyone had a great time. The cultural tour was an opportunity to foster communication and bond with one another.
The stunning scenery added color to the experience, allowing families to explore nature and appreciate its beauty, enhancing their cultural knowledge.
We look forward to another rewarding cultural tour next year!

Organized by our ECA and Mass Events Section, the camp aimed to cultivate students’ leadership skills.
With most participants serving important roles in our Student Union, clubs, and other student groups, the camp was meant to help them equip themselves for their current and future duties. Through a series of carefully designed interactive activities, they learned effective communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills, preparing them for any upcoming challenges.
Additionally, through practical case analyses and role play, students were encouraged to apply the acquired skills in real-life situations, thereby promoting their personal development.
In our recent Life OnLight Wild Camp which took place at the beautiful Pui O Campsite on Lantau Island, our students enjoyed a weekend of adventure, connection, and memorable experiences.
Participants enjoyed setting up their tents, fostering their teamwork and sense of independence. Meanwhile, the self-cooking activity was a fantastic opportunity for everyone to showcase their culinary skills as they collaborated to prepare delicious meals together.
As night fell, they embarked on a captivating night walk, exploring the serene surroundings and sharing stories under the stars. The evening concluded with a heartfelt sharing session, where our students reflected on their experiences and the bonds formed throughout the camp.
It was an unforgettable weekend and we look forward to offering students more adventures in the future.
To provide students with more practical experience in observing patterns and relationships between numbers, the Mathematics Club organised some funny math-related games in which students could play against our teachers. In order to win, students had to understand the principles behind with careful observation and deduction. The participants well enjoyed exploring the mystery in the games.
