PTA Sending Warmth and Love – Knitting Class
In order to express love and care to the elderly in the district, our PTA held a knitting class recently. Parent volunteers, teachers and students knitted scarves, which were then delivered together with goodie bags to the elderly at the Baptist Church Pak Tin Center (Hong Kong). They enjoyed an afternoon full of love and blessings.

Parents’ Tea Gathering with the Principal
To provide an opportunity for parents to get together and communicate with the school, a tea gathering with the Principal was held on our Parents’ Day. Apart from sharing their parenting insights and learning from one another, parents also chatted with the Principal, Vice Principal and teachers. It was an enjoyable morning.

Festive Dumplings Workshop
It is a long-standing tradition that people eat fish at Chinese New Year. In Cantonese, ‘fish’ [yu] is homophonic with ‘ample’ [yu] meaning more than enough. Meanwhile, dumplings are an indispensable dish symbolizing ‘a happy reunion’ and ‘good luck’.
Our PTA engaged students and parents in making fish-shaped steamed dumplings on the school’s Chinese Cultural Day, fostering mutual appreciation and a close family rapport.

F.6 Cheering Day
On 28 February 2024, we bade a heartfelt farewell to our F.6 students with a variety of tailor-made activities.
A stress management workshop was conducted by our dedicated school social workers. Students explored the art of Zentangle and created their personalized keychains. In addition, they learned pragmatic stress management techniques to help them navigate challenges with resilience.
Following the handcraft activities, students wrote words of encouragement on each other’s spare uniforms. We also had an instant photo booth with vibrant decoration boards and lovely backdrops for them to capture and preserve their beautiful memories with their besties.

With the heartwarming and uplifting sharing session in the afternoon and special souvenirs as tokens of the school’s unwavering support, the Cheering Day rounded up with positivity and joy.

To all our graduates, stay energized and diligent, and we wish you every success. Remember we are always here for you, cheering you on every step of the way!

Junior Financial Secretary
Arranged by our BAFS and Economics Departments, three of our students participated in the 13th “Junior Financial Secretary” project co-organized by the Education Bureau and The Boys’ and Girls’ Clubs Association of Hong Kong.
Apart from learning some essential financial knowledge and good investment attitudes as well as enhancing their sense of public finance in the training programme, they also had a chance to meet the Financial Secretary, Mr. Paul Chan Mo-po, at the Government Secretariat, proposing a host of suggestions on the Budget from the youth’s perspective.

Board games during lunch break
To promote a vibe of harmony, positive class ethos and students’ sense of wellbeing, we have made good use of the “One-off Grant for Mental Health at School” by purchasing for each class various board games, which students enjoy during lunch break.
Our thanks go to our Student Union, Fantasia, for planning this initiative that offers their schoolmates a fun time to relax and bond with each other.
