Invention Convention China National Finals

Lau Ka Hei and Wong Chun Man from 6A participated as Hong Kong representatives in Invention Convention China (ICC) National Finals (全球發明大會中國區全國總決賽) in Zhengzhou this summer in late July.

ICC is a national competition for primary and secondary school students organized by the China Friendship and Peace Development Foundation. It has been included in the list of national competitions for primary and secondary school students for the 2022-2025 academic years published by Ministry of Education, China. The competition aims to strengthen the support for young scientific and innovative talents, promote the awareness of a shared future for mankind, and cultivate a new generation of innovative talents who meet the requirements of Chinese-style modernization and have an international perspective.

Ka Hei and Chun Man received the Silver Award in the competition among over 500 teams from the nation. Together with the other teams from Hong Kong, their remarkable achievements were reported in the news:
