Disney’s ‘Hospitality in Practice’ Training

Our School Ambassadors attended a half-day hospitality training programme offered by Hong Kong Disneyland. After enjoying the morning in the park and meeting the Disney characters, learning first hand from the cast members, our ambassadors were given a tour to observe the daily operations of the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, engaging in an in-depth exchange with the Guest Relations Team members as well as the Duty Manager of the hotel. Our ambassadors learned about Disney’s five quality standards which have earned them their global recognition for their exceptional hospitality and professional guest services.

This year marks the formation of our School Ambassador Team, consisting of 87 members representing Wong Tai Shan and promoting our school ethos. They will continue to demonstrate their amiability in their interactions with our guests in the years to come.
