Organised by The Mental Health Association of Hong Kong, the Wellness Buddies Programme powerfully nurtured our students’ mental resilience. Through regular interactive meetings, participants built empathy, unlocked positive habits, and fostered school-wide support. A major highlight was visiting the Chill Lab game space to master relaxation and mindfulness through immersive gaming. Our buddies then championed the cause on Mental Health Day, running interactive booths to spark vital campus conversations about emotional awareness and self-care.
