Visiting CUPNOODLES MUSEUM Hong Kong
Our F.1 students visited CUPNOODLES MUSEUM Hong Kong on 26 January 2024. They experienced firsthand and acquired knowledge of the product design and manufacturing process well beyond the science textbook.

Inter-class Basketball Competition
This year’s Inter-class Basketball Competition, organized by our Student Union, Fantasia, was held from November 2023 to January 2024. The participants well demonstrated their skills and tactics. The competition was a friendly platform where students from different classes could come together and celebrate their shared love for basketball.

Company Visit to EY
Five of our F.5 BAFS students recently participated in a company visit to EY organized by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).
In the enlightening session conducted by a representative from EY, one of the esteemed members of the world-renowned accounting Big Four, our students were much impressed by the speaker’s profound knowledge and expertise of the accounting field.
They also had an office tour at EY and learned about the intricate day-to-day operations of a prominent accounting firm where dedicated teams collaborate to deliver the finest services.






HKICPA Experiential Learning Activity Series 2023/24 – Accounting Workshop
Six of our F.5 BAFS students recently participated in an Accounting Workshop organized by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).
The event began with an enlightening session by the Senior Operation Manager of FSE Environmental Solutions Limited with valuable insights on “Diversity in Accounting: Profession and Career Aspirations for the Industry.” Our students were captivated by the speaker’s extensive knowledge and gained a deeper understanding of the vast opportunities within the accounting field.
The second part of the workshop involved a stimulating case study led by representatives from the HKICPA, focusing on evaluating a company’s financial performance. Our students were enthusiastically engaged in the study, showcasing their analytical skills and innovative ideas.
This workshop proved to be an exceptional platform for our students to expand their network by interacting with fellow secondary school students sharing the same passion for accounting. It not only broadened their horizons but also fostered their career vision of the accounting profession.



Study Tour to Zhaoqing on Cultural Conservation and Natural Ecology
From January 26 to 28, our F.5 students enthusiastically participated in the Citizenship and Social Development Mainland Study Tour organized by the Education Bureau.
During the three-day trip, our students had a unique opportunity to visit the enchanting Huangyan Cave Scenic Spot (黃岩洞景區), immersed themselves in the profound teachings of Confucianism at the venerable Deqing Ancient Academy (德慶學宮), explored the resplendent Longmu Imperial Ancestral Temple (悅城龍母祖廟), Song Dynasty Old City Wall (宋城牆), China Duanyan Museum (中國端硯博物館), and the picturesque Zijing Xidi (紫荊西堤) as well as the Seven Star Crags Scenic Area (七星岩).
By actively engaging in this multifaceted cultural trip, our students have gained a tangible understanding of and cultivated an affection for the richness of Chinese culture, thereby strengthening their sense of national identity.







Drama Appreciation Activity
The English Drama Club recently organized a captivating drama appreciation activity that immersed our students in the mesmerizing world of “Faith Healer.” This critically acclaimed play, written by Brian Friel, proved to be a thought-provoking and emotionally charged theatrical experience that left a lasting impact on all who attended.
Christmas SING Concert– Jingle All the Way
Ocean Park hosted their annual “Christmas SING Concert– Jingle All the Way”, featuring carefully planned performances by different local groups. In addition to a choir singing heartwarming Christmas tunes, there were live orchestra performances and prominent dancers also joined, celebrating a warm Christmas together.
Our School Choir and Symphonic Band took part in this event to provide students with an opportunity to perform outside school, broaden their horizons, and enhance their performing skills.



Inter-house Volleyball Competition
This year’s Inter-house Volleyball Competition, organized by Blue House, was held on 18 and 22 January 2024 just after our first term exam had ended. It was a great opportunity for students skilled in volleyball to compete for their houses. During the competition, the participants showcased their zest and liveliness. We all relished the delightful occasion!

School Picnic
In December 2023, our School Picnic was organized to provide students with a memorable day outside the classroom. Different classes went to different places, like Discovery Bay, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Butterfly Beach, Cafeteria Beach, Tai Mei Tuk, and Ocean Park. It was an opportunity for students to connect with nature, engage in recreational activities, and foster social bonds with their peers.
